We created the best possible setup for handling your
IP Rights.
What?
IP-Safe is a company specialized within administration of IP rights and striving for the best possible handling of our clients’ portfolios is in our DNA. Our team has many years of experience of how to best coordinate and structure IP portfolios. We have worked with many different IP software systems, and thus, with our collected experience in mind, we take pride in offering a modern portfolio handling, which aims to prevent our clients from wasting unnecessary resources on administrative work and allow them to focus on strategy instead.
We insist on working with our clients on a common platform. If you already have a platform you prefer, we will work directly with this. If not, we will provide you with one.
We founded IP-Safe because we saw a need for a new structure within our trade, where companies would be able to outsource their patent administration at reasonable prices and without being associated or linked to a specific IP company.
Why?
We launched IP-Safe in 2016 because we saw a need for a new structure within our trade, where companies would be able to outsource their patent administration at reasonable prices and without being associated or linked to a specific IP company.
As a group of experienced intellectual property paralegals we wanted to make outsourcing of IP administration easy and efficient. That is why we created a company where IP administration is separate from IP counselling: Allowing for greater efficiency, and giving our clients the freedom to work with the IP attorney of their choice - from case to case.
Our concept can be summarized in one word: Flexibility. We help our clients with everything from a large portfolio to a single filing - and our assistance can be tailored to suit each client’s individual needs. Our clients can use our services to manage their patent and trademarks in their entire lifespan, or simply when they need extra hands in busy periods. Either way, the prices are transparent right from the get-go.
